While almost every automaker will be attending the 2009 Geneva Motor Show next week, the same came not be said for other major car shows. Nissan said that it has decided to skip some major auto shows starting April 1 to save cash has demand and sales decrease. The Japanese automaker already pulled out of Detroit earlier this year and now plans on skipping the Frankfurt Motor Show which opens to the press in late Sept. Mitsubishi has also planned to not attend Frankfurt this year. Nissan said that it has selected to attend only four major auto shows including New York, Shanghai, Tokyo and Geneva. Source: Reuters
